Position Requirements: Shall have 8+ years of experience installing, configuring, and managing medium to large scale PBX solutions, voicemail systems (Meridian Mail, Call Pilot), Signaling Servers, dialing plans, VOIP solutions, T-1s, PRIs, BRIs and analog trunk lines, telephony rectifiers and battery backup systems and daily MACs, and all inside plant services including new lines, NCSS (Nortel Certified Support Specialist) in Communications Server 1000 Rls 4.0 Database Administrator, NCSS (Nortel Certified Support Specialist) in Communications Server 1000 Rls 4.0 Installation/Maintenance, IAT Level II (per DoD 8570.1).
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in telecommunications engineering in USARPAC and USARC environment Experience in configuring (PA zones) and maintaining PA system. Knowledge of future DoD approved VoIP technology (Cisco, Avaya, etc.). Unified Communications Enterprise Services (CISCO). Experience working with Callegra Call Manager as integrated with Nortel 81C IAT Level I (per DoD 8570.1).
